Damaged, missing, or never quite arrived
Photograph the envelope if it looks like it lost a fight. Write to the studio with your order number. Found cards cannot be reprinted, so we do not do “send me the same one”. We do send another card from the shop, refund you, or both, depending on what is fair.
Change of mind is harder: once a card is written and posted, it is already someone else’s letter. If it has not yet been posted, write quickly - we will stop it if we still can.
